Pedro de Miguel, Coral/Spruce, 1998
Information about the guitar builder Click here.
Guitars made by Pedro de Miguel always remind me a bit of the old Conde guitars. Coral is a light reddish, beautiful palisander. Pepe Habichuela plays a Pedro de Miguel Coral guitar on his Bollywood CD. Not a bad reference.
There are a few nail traces on the soundboard, but otherwise it is in very good conditions after 12 years of professional use. It has a strong bass with good responsiveness and clear trebles. It really responds quickly when you play it lightly and is excellently suited for all possible uses, regardless of whether solo playing or accompanying dance.
