Neuer Gitarrenkoffer eingetroffen!

I brought back the following instruments from my trip to Spain in May 2010

2 x Antonio Marin Montero, Cypress/Spruce 2010
. The old master from Granada is one of the best flamenco guitar builders in Andalusia. His instruments are something very special in sound and design. Plain and proud, they cast a spell over you. Beautiful deep bass in connection with a ringing treble. Whoever can call such an instrument his own can confidently give up the search for the dream instrument. Sold

1 x José Marín Plazuelo Cypress/Spruce 2010. These instruments are among the high-end guitars in my shop, which satisfy optimum demands on sound and craftsmanship. Most sold master guitars in my shop in 2009. Large sound with sufficient sharpness in treble and ringing and enough warmth despite that. 1 x available

2 x Andrés Daniel Marvi, Caviuna/Spruce 2010. The guitar builder from Granada belongs to the elite in Spain. His instruments are extraordinarily loud and easy to play. He only uses the best wood for his Caviuna models. A dream of back and sides. You have to have played these instruments. I actually wanted to bring these two instruments back from my trip. Due to delays in the schedule of Andrés Marvi, they will only be finished at the end of May. 1 x sold, 1 x reserved

José López Bellido,Cypress/Spruce 2008.
This is one of his last instruments, which I already had in my shop and took to Granada in January to have the neck adjusted a bit differently. Pepe Bellido fixed it for me, and now it is perfect. A guitar with an unbelievably beautiful treble. 1 x available

1 x Manuel Bellido, Rosewood/Spruce 2009. I was in the workshop  of the older brother of Pepe Bellido for the first time in a long time. Despite being almost 70, he still works on his instruments every day. I tried out a couple of beautiful cypress guitars and then I had this rosewood guitar in my hands. I loved it from the start. As a special feature, it has pegs made of aluminum in the shape of wooden pegs. They look like wooden pegs and run like a machine head. He has already built them into more than 40 of his guitars and is totally convinced by them. They look very good and are also very functional. I like it. It is also lighter than a machine head. The guitar has a zero fret as always in his instruments and a beautiful, thin neck. Very easy to play. The sound is crystal clear and powerful. 1 x available

Antonio J. Garcia Indian Rosewood/Spruce 2009. A very talented guitar builder from Seville, from whom I already had a good guitar in my shop. This time I took an Indian rosewood, which impressed me more than his other guitars that he had there. It has unbelievably strong resonance. Whoever is looking for a guitar, with which he/she can play more than flamenco, can't go wrong with this one. But it is also very impressive as flamenco soloist guitar. It has a couple of small playing traces on the back, but is rather a good buy for the great sound. 2490 euros. Sold

1 x Hermanos Sanchis López 1F Extra Flame Maple Light.
A great guitar with a very loud sound. The flame maple guitars are fast sellers in my shop. 1 x available

1 x Hermanos Sanchis López 1F Indian Rosewood, Red.
A great guitar with a very loud sound. Reduced to 1,900 euros due to slight lacquer discoloration under the tap protection (1 cm large, barely visible). 1 x available

1 x Hermanos Sanchis López 1F Extra Cypress/Spruce.
A great guitar with a very loud sound. 1 x available

1 x Ricardo Sanchis Carpio, Bolivian Rosewood (Pao Ferro)
A fantastic pro instruments from the hands of the master. I tried several guitars, and this was the best one. Better even than a Rio guitar of the master. Pao Ferro is a beautiful Brazilian/Bolivian rosewood. Paco de Lucia has been playing an old Conde made of Pau Ferro for years.
Sold

1 x Camps Concierto Paloscrito
This model has become one of my highlights in the range up to 3,000 euros. It is a high quality flamenco guitar with spruce soundboard and back and sides made of Palo Escrito, a very good sounding Mexican rosewood. It is easy to play and is very sharp for a Negra. 1 x available

1 x Camps Epoca, Caviuna/Spruce.
I was able to get an Epoca again after a long time. Tops are taken from 100 year old pianos and made into guitar soundboards. The rest is Brazilian rosewood of the finest quality. Very big sound with a treble as normally can only be heard on a guitar that has been played for a while. Something very special. 1 x available
